How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the future.
How do I care for my Cupcakes and Cashmere apparel?
Care instructions vary by garment. Most of our pieces recommend a gentle cold wash and laying flat to dry, or dry cleaning for delicate fabrics like silk and cashmere.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
